We are MehyarSoft LLC ("Company," "we," "us," "our"). We operate the website rizza.app and the RIZZA application, as well as any related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the "Services").
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MehyarSoft LLC concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services you agree to be bound by all of these terms. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Services and must discontinue use immediately.
The Services are intended for users who are at least 18 years old. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Services.
RIZZA provides AI-generated conversation suggestions, replies, and pickup lines for dating contexts. The information provided when using the Services is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to law or regulation.
We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, text, and graphics (the "Content"), as well as the trademarks and logos contained therein (the "Marks"). The Content and Marks are provided "AS IS" for your personal, non-commercial use only. No part of the Services may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without our express prior written permission. The AI replies generated for you are yours to use freely in your personal conversations.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:
RIZZA offers a free plan that includes a limited number of AI generations each calendar month (currently 20), which refills at the start of each month and requires no payment method. RIZZA Pro is available on a weekly plan at $3 per week and a monthly plan at $9.99 per month, and may include a 2-day free trial. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis matching the billing interval of the plan you select, until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, to change the free plan's included usage, and to change prices with notice.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app's Settings. If you cancel within the 2-day free trial window, you receive a full refund of any charge and lose access immediately. If you cancel after the trial, your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period (the current week or month, depending on your plan) — you keep access until then and no refund is issued. You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. As a user, you agree not to:
RIZZA's replies are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment and inspiration purposes. AI output may occasionally be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your situation. We make no guarantees about outcomes, accuracy, or suitability. You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding which messages you send, and for the consequences of your communications with others.
We care about data privacy and security. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you agree to be bound by it.
These terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right to deny access to and use of the Services to any person for any reason, including breach of these terms, and to terminate your account without warning in our sole discretion. You may delete your account and cancel your subscription at any time.
We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Services at any time without notice, and we may update these terms by revising the "Last updated" date above. We cannot guarantee the Services will be available at all times — we may experience hardware, software, or other problems, or need to perform maintenance, resulting in interruptions or delays.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MehyarSoft LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. You agree that your use of the Services will be at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Services and your use thereof, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us during the three (3) month period prior to any cause of action arising.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services, your breach of these terms, or your violation of the rights of a third party.
