This privacy notice for MehyarSoft LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") describes how and why we might collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your information when you use our services, such as when you visit our website at rizza.app, create an account, or use the RIZZA application in any way.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you register, use features, or contact us:
Content you submit. Chats, images and audio may contain private or sensitive information about you or another person. Review and redact content before uploading it, and only submit material you have the right to share.
Payment data. If you subscribe, payment data (card number, security code) is collected and stored by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. You can review Stripe's privacy notice at stripe.com/privacy.
Automatically collected. Some information — such as your IP address, browser type, device characteristics, and operating system — is collected automatically when you use our services. This is needed primarily to maintain security and operation, for troubleshooting, and for internal analytics. If you try the anonymous landing demo, we also store a one-way hash of your IP address and of a random anonymous token kept in a first-party cookie (24 hours) to enforce the 3-replies-per-day limit — the hashes can't be reversed into your address, and nothing you paste is stored.
Submitted content is sent to Cloudflare AI to provide the requested feature. Uploaded images and audio are stored in private account-scoped storage. Your original video is not uploaded; extracted frames are stored as images. Upload retention is separate from saved conversation and result retention, as described below.
Yes. We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the app is used. Authentication uses secure session cookies. Local and session storage may hold preferences, an unfinished draft or a safe sign-in return path. Meta Pixel and Google advertising measurement may use cookies and similar technologies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, though blocking session cookies prevents sign-in. Installed web-app caching stores public assets; authenticated API responses are not cached by the service worker.
First-party attribution (MSRC). If you accept cookies, we use a first-party tool we call MSRC to remember how you first found Rizza. It records the advertising campaign parameters from the link you arrived on (such as utm_source and ad-platform click IDs like gclid or fbclid), the referring page, and the first page you visited. MSRC stores this in a first-party cookie named msrc and in browser local storage for up to 90 days, and it is attached to a purchase only if you later subscribe, so we can tell which campaigns bring subscribers. MSRC is first-party only — it does not fingerprint your device and does not share this data with third parties for their own advertising. If you decline cookies, MSRC never loads and no attribution is recorded.
Audience beacon. Every page also loads a small first-party analytics script operated by MehyarSoft from mayor.mehyar.us. It records anonymous page views, labeled clicks and time on page so we can understand how the site is used. It does not fingerprint your device and does not share data with advertising networks. It honors Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals, and it stops if you decline the cookie banner. Until you accept the banner it identifies your visit only with an ephemeral session ID; it sets a persistent visitor cookie (mh_vid, up to one year) only after a consent grant.
Saved conversations and results remain until you delete them or delete your account. Deleting a conversation or result does not automatically delete its separately stored uploads; uploaded images and audio remain until account deletion. Account deletion removes account data and uploaded files from our application storage. Payment providers may retain transaction records for their legal, tax or accounting obligations. Read-aloud audio is streamed rather than added to your uploaded-file storage.
We have organizational and technical safeguards in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure, so we cannot promise that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security. You use the services at your own risk and should access them within a secure environment.
The Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older, as stated in our Terms of Service. We do not knowingly collect data from or market to people under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from such a user, we will deactivate the account and delete the data. If you become aware of any data we may have collected from children, please contact us at support@rizza.app.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws — including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You can cancel your subscription anytime in the app's Settings, and you can exercise any of these rights by emailing support@rizza.app. We will act on requests in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Most web browsers and some extensions can send a Do-Not-Track ("DNT") or Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal. We respond to both: when either signal is present, the audience measurement described in Section 4 above does not run. These signals do not switch off the strictly necessary cookies that keep you signed in — those are the service working, not tracking.
Yes, we may update this notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the "Last updated" date above — this version is dated October 24, 2026 — and is effective as soon as it is accessible. We encourage you to review this notice frequently.
