Payment data. If you subscribe, payment data (card number, security code) is collected and stored by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. You can review Stripe's privacy notice at stripe.com/privacy.
Automatically collected. Some information — such as your IP address, browser type, device characteristics, and operating system — is collected automatically when you use our services. This is needed primarily to maintain security and operation, for troubleshooting, and for internal analytics.

Screenshots you upload are processed by our AI only to generate your replies — they are not used for advertising, not sold, and not stored permanently beyond your own history within the app.

Yes. We use cookies and browser local storage to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the app is used. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
We keep your personal information only as long as necessary to provide the services and for legitimate business purposes (such as legal, tax, or accounting requirements). When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal information unless retention is required by law.
We have organizational and technical safeguards in place to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet or storage technology can be guaranteed 100% secure, so we cannot promise that unauthorized third parties will never defeat our security. You use the services at your own risk and should access them within a secure environment.
We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). If we learn that we have collected personal information from such a user, we will deactivate the account and delete the data.
